All requests, for any reason, must be made within 10 days of receiving your items.

As our collection is comprised of intimate apparel, small batch items, on-demand items, one of a kind items, specialty, delicate and unique finished textiles, and even second hand items, generally speaking all items are considered FINAL SALE and, we do not accept returns for a refund.

As we realize there are too many different possibilities to make policies for each and every one, it is noted that we will handle all requests for returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. (A good summary is if it's our fault, we will try to correct our error)

Improper care of your items or garments that results in damage
will not be approved for return or exchange.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on any approved return/refund.

In order to generally qualify for an exchange, items must be in new (or in the case of second hand items, as sent) condition with hangtags attached and in original packaging. Items must not show signs of wear or usage/stretch. Any items sent that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded or exchanged and will NOT be returned to the customer. Please review sizing on items accordingly, before placing your order.

If a return or exchange is approved, all additional shipping costs to return items to us will be responsibility of the customer and will not be provided by NoRudos, regardless of reason for approved return or exchange.
